Montano - founded in 2013 by Ramin Rabeian and Sebastian Schöberl - is the highly specialised, like-minded partner for commercial real estate. We have extensive experience in investment and asset management for German and international institutional investors and consistently pursue the goals of sustainability as well as yield and value enhancement. Our focus is on the asset classes office, food retail, public infrastructure and - together with our investment partner The Carlyle Group - logistics.
We act consistently in an entrepreneurial manner and make complex things simple. From our offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin, we continuously sound out the market. We are quick to recognise opportunities and take advantage of them. As part of our broad product portfolio, we also offer a multi-investment special fund, the "Montano Public Sector Fund", and are involved in our own product business as a sustainable investor and repositioner for special commercial properties.
